What is worth choosing
When visiting Avraham Bakery, the Challah is undoubtedly a top choice. Available as full braided loaves or smaller rolls, it is a consistent favorite for its soft texture and traditional flavor. For those with a preference for sweet treats, the rugelach—sold by the box—is a staple that is perfect for sharing or keeping on hand for guests. The variety of fillings, ranging from chocolate to cinnamon, ensures there is something for everyone. Another standout item is the chocolate babka; this rich, buttery yeast cake is a classic of New York Jewish baking and remains a popular pick for weekend gatherings.
For a more unique experience, it is worth exploring the bakery's Eastern European offerings. The Napoleon cake, with its delicate layers of pastry and rich cream, and the Tiramisu are noted for being indulgent choices for special occasions. If you are looking for a savory snack while on the go, the potato veggie packets are a practical and satisfying option, offering a flaky crust and savory filling that is perfect for a quick midday bite. While the bakery also offers discounts on previous day's items, choosing the fresh daily breads and sweets is always recommended to experience the full quality of their baking. Ultimately, Avraham Bakery is worth choosing for its convenience, its commitment to Kosher traditions, and its role as a dependable source of the breads and pastries that make Kew Gardens Hills feel like home.

Conveniently located on Main Street. Popped in on a whim to see what they may offer for an early morning bakery. There are certainly some cute offerings and some other offerings that really are not as cute. The croissants are a bit dead inside appearing. Ultimately went with a chocolate danish. Not the friendliest of service. Gave a 5 dollar bill for the $3 danish "you don't have singles?". Didn't realize it would be such an inconvenience. If you're in a pinch for baked goods and specifically live near here it's probably a good option. But I don't know that I necessarily need to come back. The danish was fine. The filling was meh, neither good nor bad.

Good bakery, good sweets and breads from the day. They have discount on things from yesterday but I recommend you to have everything fresh.

Tried ordering a cake from this place, and the experience was disappointing. The person I spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of providing clear pricing and options, they told me to buy my own decorations and seemed impatient on the phone. Very poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Unfortunately was very disappointed. Everything we purchased was bland in flavor. The chocolate didn't taste like chocolate.

A cute little bakery with pretty cakes, breads, and cookies. As you enter the scent & sight of freshly handmade pastries overwhelms your senses. The prices are reasonable for the great quality provided. Best donuts in Queens for sure, especially for the Hanukkah season!
