I love everything about Bigwell #2! I need to give them a huge shout out. I had placed a large order for cheese rolls & pine tarts. Not only did they deliver on quality and quantity. They were so kind when I went to place my order. Also one thing I notice with them, you can tell they do everything with love and care. They organized and packed all our trays so beautifully. Every single pastry was baked to perfection! Flavor on point! And every cheese roll and pinetart was delicious and flaky! I also placed a large order for an event that I was hosting at work, I work for a large hospital system and everyone loved every single pastry. They were all non-guyanese and this was the first time they tried a pastry from the Motherland. The cheese roll was the biggest hit!!! I definitely look forward to placing more orders with Big Well #2!

As far as flavor goes it really does feel like my mom made the food but as far as restaurant quality or any home cooked meal, preparation is always is always number #1 . I took a big bite out of this duck then looked at what I ate and it brought me to disgust, I ended up throwing the entire plate out,all feathers

I usually buy food and pastries here atleast once a week and to my surprise today I bought 2 fried rice and I was given 2 packs of "chinese hot sauce" with the food. As per the rude cashier she was instructed by her boss to give that kind of hot sauce not the guyanese pepper sauce. The food doesn't taste the same without the guyanese pepper sauce. I can't deal with rude cashier and then can't get what I ordered. Most of the times the staffs are nice but then now there is this rude lady who doesn't care about customers. I am done ordering here!
