Auntie Anne's Introduce
Introduction / Overview
Located in the architectural marvel that is the Fulton Center, Auntie Anne’s at 200 Broadway is more than just a quick stop—it is a staple for New Yorkers navigating the complex transit hubs of Lower Manhattan. As part of a legacy that began in 1988 at a Pennsylvania farmer's market, this location brings the unmistakable aroma of fresh-baked dough to the bustling Financial District. Auntie Anne’s has long been defined by its commitment to the "perfection in full view" philosophy, where every pretzel is mixed, twisted, and baked right before the eyes of the customer. For the local workforce and residents of the 10038 zip code, this spot offers a reliable, high-quality snack that serves as the perfect mid-day pick-me-up or a rewarding treat after a long commute.
The atmosphere at the Fulton Center location is high-energy and efficient, tailored specifically for the "on-the-go" lifestyle of New York City. While many associate the brand with traditional shopping malls, this urban outpost functions as a critical refueling station for thousands of commuters. The shop prides itself on its "hand-rolled and golden-brown" standards, ensuring that even in the heart of the world’s busiest financial hub, the simple, rustic quality of a hand-crafted pretzel remains accessible. Whether you are catching the PATH to New Jersey or hopping on the 4/5 train, the friendly service and "heaven scent" of baking bread provide a comforting sense of consistency in a fast-paced environment.
Location and Accessibility
Auntie Anne’s is strategically situated at 200 Broadway, New York, NY 10038, nestled within the Fulton Center (Kiosk #1015). This location is arguably one of the most accessible points in Manhattan, serving as a primary intersection for nearly a dozen subway lines, including the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, J, and Z trains. Its position inside the climate-controlled concourse makes it a year-round destination, shielding patrons from the humid New York summers and biting winters alike.
The facility is designed for maximum efficiency and accessibility. As a modern transit hub, the Fulton Center features wide walkways, elevators, and clear signage, making the kiosk easily reachable for individuals with strollers or those using wheelchairs. While the shop is a "takeaway-only" concept without dedicated private seating, the surrounding public areas of the Fulton Center offer plenty of space to pause and enjoy your snack. For those coming from street level, the entrance is conveniently located near the intersection of Broadway and Fulton Street, just a short walk from the World Trade Center and the 9/11 Memorial.

What is worth choosing
When visiting the Fulton Center location, there are a few iconic items that represent the best of the Auntie Anne’s experience. The "Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets" are a perennial favorite among the Lower Manhattan crowd; they offer a perfect balance of sweet warmth and a chewy texture that is easy to enjoy during a subway ride. For those seeking something savory to replace a light lunch, the "Mini Pretzel Dogs"—featuring Nathan’s Famous® all-beef hot dogs wrapped in fresh pretzel dough—are a substantial and protein-packed choice that "packs big flavor" into small bites.
If you are looking for the "ultimate snack combo," pairing the Original Pretzel Nuggets with the signature Cheese Dip is the classic move. The salty, buttery dough combined with the rich, creamy cheese is the quintessential flavor profile that made the brand famous. To wash it all down, the "Original Lemonade" is a must; made with only three simple ingredients, it provides a tart and refreshing contrast to the buttery pretzels. For those looking for something more adventurous, the "Sparkleberry Spritz" or a "Frozen Lemonade Mixer" in flavors like Blue Raspberry or Mango adds a fruity, modern twist to the traditional menu. No matter your choice, the key is to look for the freshest batch—often marked by that golden-brown sheen and a light brush of butter—to ensure you are getting the true five-star snack experience.

Great spot! Every time I pass by the food is always fresh and delicious. Staff is very friendly and the menu is full of variety so you have lots to choose from. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and want a quick snack. Will be back soon.

Once last week and now today I have paid 8.00 for old, hard pretzels. One was butter and salt. One was cinnamon sugar. Both nuggets. This same thing happened to me at White Plains Mall Saturday April 7th. Mall just opened yet my two orders of pretzel nuggets BOTH tasted like day old pretzels. Ridiculous. All I have been trying to do is get a quality, fresh cup of nuggets. A treat for myself. Yet all I have accomplished is wasting my money. And at both locations your workers do not say “Thank You”….horrible product and nonexistent customer service. At Fulton there is one nice lady…the other lady acts like she is doing customers a favor…all while being on her phone. Today was my last try. I will not be back.

I tried to order a cinnamon sugar pretzel at 6:30 PM on a Tuesday night. They said they didn’t have any available because it was almost closing time. They close at 7 PM; I don’t understand why they wouldn’t have one of their primary menu items available half an hour before closing.

Pretzels were as good as I remember! The lemonade is my favorite! This is a kiosk inside the Fulton Center station. The service was friendly but they do get busy. If you want pretzel wrapped hot dogs or pretzels then you have to stop by!!

lol are you guys serious ? At 6:30 pm on a Tuesday you are the only place open in Fulton. Then you have 3 gentlemen and they are all equally disinterested in this job eating up your labor hours. I ask questions I can’t get an answer. Poor DoorDash guy confused nobody is even acknowledging him. I’m asking questions what’s salty here but the only salty here is your staff. I still tell them thank you and they mock me behind me thank yOuu please let your district manager see this review and have them get it together and send one of them home all they do is mock people and disrespect them .
