What is Worth Choosing
When visiting Ladurée Soho, the "Tea Time for Two" is a popular choice for those who want a comprehensive experience. This service typically includes a choice of hot beverages, cocktails or mocktails, a variety of savory finger sandwiches, and a selection of their iconic sweets. While the price reflects the premium nature of the brand, the experience of sitting in the gorgeous dining room or the lush garden is often considered well worth the investment. For the savory portion of your meal, the croissant sandwiches are frequently highlighted by local patrons as a standout item, offering a perfectly buttery and flaky texture that rivals the best boulangeries in Paris.
If you prefer a lighter visit, ordering "À la carte" allows you to focus on the shop's true stars: the macarons. The rose and pistachio macarons are perennial favorites, praised for their delicate shells and fresh, flavorful fillings. For a more substantial dessert, the Ispahan remains a must-try for any pastry enthusiast. This place has gorgeous interiors! I went during the winter and everything was Christmas themed! I’d recommend going in the summer/ spring if you want to see the cherry blossoms or sit outdoors. Got the tea-time for two, the price is pretty steep around 50$ per person. The desserts were delicious- loved the Ispahan it was fresh and so tasty! The macaroons were very good, some of the flavors we didn’t like too much. The tarts were kind of disappointing, tasted pretty stale. The sandwiches were okay but the croissant sandwich was amazing! It also came with tea and a choice of cocktail/ mocktail, both of which were good. If you want the experience of a tea time and don’t mind spending def go for it. Otherwise I’d recommend ordering À la carte! Overall 4/5 stars from me!

Stepping into Ladurée in SoHo feels like a little slice of France in the heart of New York. The ambience is elegant yet inviting, with that unmistakable Parisian charm. The service stood out immediately our waitress was incredibly patient and kind, even bringing over the bartender to help my husband choose the perfect drink. Their attentiveness made the whole experience feel personal and special. I only had drinks and macarons this time, but the rose and pistachio macarons were absolutely delightful fresh, delicate, and beautifully made. Ladurée truly captures the essence of French pâtisserie and hospitality. Whether for a coffee break, afternoon tea, or a light bite, Ladurée in SoHo offers a gorgeous atmosphere, impeccable service, and that unmistakable French touch.

Interior is beautiful, I loved classical music playing in the background. But service and dishes are not good enough to set a minimum spending 25$/person and automatically included 20% of taxes. We ordered soup, appetisers and coffee. They served us coffee prior to the soup, so we had to ask to bring it later. I ordered salmon with blinis expecting to get something like crepes with salmon. Instead it was 6 tiny pancakes with salmon for 21$. Capuchino and Isfahan were good though. I would recommend it as a coffee and desert place, if they wouldn’t have a minimum spending policy.

It was the best idea to celebrate our friend’s birthday here! Thank you for the excellent quality and amazing service. We loved everything we ordered, and the small, charming terrace made it even more special.

Thank you to Faith for making my first experience at Ladurée a memorable one. Although I am very familiar with the macarons especially Marie Antoinette, I was not familiar with the Ladurée menu. Faith walked me through and made the best recommendation which was a hit for my husband too. The atmosphere is charming and of course you can’t leave without purchasing a box of your favorite macarons for later. Can’t wait to visit again soon.
