Kissena Boulevard is a major artery in Flushing, known for its mix of residential buildings, educational institutions, and a wide array of international dining options. First visit after making a purchase at a Chinese restaurant across the street. Good selection of pastries, cake and bread. Ordered a couple and some we a decent price while others were a little higher. Can't complain. Spent $4 dollars on baked items and one was ginormous. Worth the visit if you are in the Flushing area.

Nice selection of pastries. My personal favorite is their mocha cream pastry. Coffee is always fresh as well, even in the late afternoon.

-Oh God …. Ordered the cake 3.5 hours ahead of time. They said they could make a fresh one but I think I was given the display one (which who knows how long it has been since it was made). I suspected it because the one in display was no longer there when I came back to pick up the cake. They were willing to tricked customers.. so they are not honest maybe it was just the cashier but the owner/manager should train the employees properly. I would be just okay if they said they couldn’t make it within the time frame. I could choose a different cake they just made earlier in the morning. I don’t think I will be going back to this bakery … dishonesty and untrustworthy are just a big turn off for me. -They used very strong food coloring on the cake that I ordered. I couldn’t remove the stain for 2 days from my kids’s hands and little bit on the face. The adults who ate the cake also have the colored food stain on their tongue and hands that took a day to remove it. -The cake tasted too light/flavorless. I love sponge birthday cake because they are not too sweet.. but this one was bland and the strawberry filling didn’t taste fresh. - Their cakes and bakery are mostly more expensive than other bakeries. I like the taste of their bakeries but not their cakes. Tried a few cakes before I ordered the birthday cake. They taste just fine but not great. The cake that I ordered just tasted weird.

These people raised the pastry’s prices from 3$ to 6$ within the weeks. They don’t understand that not every parent can afford it.

I usually go there to buy some bakery bread, but not anymore because they are cheating on customers, the bread I bought the first and last piece looks good until I go home and find this.…...
