Cinnaholic Introduce
For those living in the New York region, the landscape of sweet treats has undergone a significant transformation with the arrival of Cinnaholic at 245 W 46th St. Situated in the high-energy district of Times Square, this isn't just another bakery; it is a specialized destination for those who demand indulgence without compromise. Cinnaholic has built a national reputation—famously highlighted on ABC’s "Shark Tank"—for reinventing the classic cinnamon roll as a fully customizable, 100% plant-based experience. In a city where finding high-quality vegan and dairy-free desserts can sometimes feel like a treasure hunt, Cinnaholic offers a reliable and creative sanctuary for anyone with a serious sweet tooth, from long-term vegans to those simply looking for a delicious, fresh-baked pastry.
The New York location operates within the modern "digital food hall" concept, fitting perfectly into the fast-paced, tech-forward lifestyle of Midtown Manhattan. Upon entering the space near the Backstage Food Hall, local users will find a streamlined, professional environment where the focus is entirely on the quality and freshness of the product. The air is thick with the inviting scent of cinnamon and warm yeast, a welcoming contrast to the brisk city streets outside. This location serves as a vital hub for office workers in the surrounding skyscrapers, theater-goers looking for a post-show treat, and residents who appreciate the ability to tailor their desserts to their exact preferences. It’s a professional yet friendly atmosphere that prioritizes the "Cinnaholic experience"—ooey, gooey, and made-to-order.
Location and Accessibility
Cinnaholic is centrally located at 245 W 46th St, New York, NY 10036, USA. This prime address puts it squarely in the heart of Times Square, making it one of the most accessible bakeries for locals and commuters throughout the five boroughs. For New Yorkers, the convenience of this location cannot be overstated. It is situated within the Backstage Food Hall/Picnic Digital Food Hall, a short walk from the iconic red steps and the major Broadway theaters. This makes it an ideal stop during a lunch break or as a planned destination after a commute through the 42nd Street transportation hub.
Navigating to Cinnaholic via public transit is exceptionally simple. The bakery is just blocks away from the Times Square-42nd Street subway station, which serves the 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, W, and S lines. Additionally, it is easily reachable from the 42nd St-Port Authority Bus Terminal (A, C, E trains), providing a direct route for those arriving from the West Side or outer boroughs. For those utilizing the city's bus network, the M7, M20, M42, and M104 routes stop within a very short walking distance. As it is part of a digital food court, the pickup process is designed for New York speed: orders are typically placed via on-site kiosks or mobile apps, and picked up from designated lockers, ensuring you can get your fix and get back to your day without unnecessary delays.

What is worth choosing
When you find yourself at Cinnaholic, the "Build Your Own" experience is the true star of the show, but for the uninitiated, the Signature Rolls are the best place to start. The "Cookie Monster Roll" is a local favorite, featuring cream cheese frosting topped with homemade chocolate chip cookie dough, chocolate chips, and a chocolate drizzle—it is the ultimate indulgence for those who can't choose between a roll and a cookie. For a more nostalgic, "outdoorsy" flavor, the "Campfire S'mores Roll" with marshmallow frosting and graham cookies is a consistent crowd-pleaser that perfectly captures the essence of the classic treat.
If you prefer a specific flavor profile, the "Shake, Rattle & Roll" is highly recommended for peanut butter lovers, as it combines peanut butter frosting with pretzels and bananas for a salty-sweet balance. Beyond the rolls, the edible cookie dough is a must-try; the "Snickerdoodle" dough is often described by customers as exceptionally fresh and flavorful. For those looking for a smaller treat or something to share with the family, the "Baby Buns" or a "Cinnaclaus" cookie provide the same high-quality taste in a more manageable portion. Regardless of your choice, the key is the custom frosting—don't be afraid to experiment with the more adventurous flavors like raspberry or almond to find your own perfect "Cinnaholic" match. Choosing Cinnaholic means choosing a treat that is as kind to the planet as it is pleasing to the palate, making it a standout addition to the New York bakery scene.

Delicious made to order cookies and cinnamon rolls. Vegan and dairy and egg free. I loved them all. Good customer service too. Easy pick up. I got the cinnaclaus cookie ten stars. I ordered a few cinnamon rolls. I devoured the cookie dough and it’s fantastic

Cinnaholic’s arrival in NY is one of the most exciting things to happen to sweet treats in years. Their delectable vegan desserts are hands-down some of the best around. Today was their grand opening and I knew I just had to bring some cinnamon rolls home for the fam. We tried the Raspberry Dream Roll, Campfire S'mores Roll, and Shake, Rattle & Roll (my favorite because it’s peanut butter). Soooooo good!!! I also tried two varieties of cookie dough. The snickerdoodle flavor was just stupid good! Everything was super fresh. The rolls were soft and warm. Can’t wait to try more rolls and customize my own!

I am practically in tears. I have been vegan for 5 years, and had concluded that missing out on the joys of take-out cinnamon buns with cream cheese frosting was far outweighed by the benefits (to me) of veganism. But now I can have my lifestyle and my cinnamon bun too! And what a cinnamon bun: just the right balance of soft, and firm, and gooey, and sweet, and cinnamony! I can't believe it's real, and I am so grateful.

It is take-out only, and that is the only negative aspect - everything else is absolutely incredible!! Quick order and preparation, warm and fresh, and simply unbeatable. We ordered the cookie dough and the apple pie and were blown away. If you are in the area don't miss it!!

Have no fear, just because Cinnabon doesn't do vegan rolls doesn't mean you can't get an absolutely excellent vegan cinnamon roll in the US. We went to Cinnaholic's NYC premises, which are based in a virtual food court – you place your order at a self-service machine in the lobby or by scanning a QR code, and your order is prepared to take away by an adjoining commercial kitchen. There are lots of other “restaurants” in the same place, so you may wish to grab something more substantial to eat at one of the other places while there. The roll itself was extremely good – indulgent, but if that isn’t exactly what you’re looking for, why are you ordering a cinnamon bun? We opted for the Caramel Apple Pie and it didn't disappoint.
