What is worth choosing
Choosing the right treat at Crumbl depends heavily on your personal flavor preferences and the specific week you visit, but there are several clear winners based on local feedback. The Pumpkin Square is a definitive "must-try" when it appears on the seasonal rotation. It is described as a "chef’s kiss" experience, blending a soft, spiced base with a creamy frosting that mimics the flavors of a high-end pumpkin pie. This item is particularly popular for those who enjoy a "melt-in-your-mouth" texture and a cozy, autumnal vibe. It is more of a cake-like dessert than a standard cookie, offering a sophisticated alternative for those who find traditional cookies too crunchy.
For those who prefer a classic experience, their Milk Chocolate Chip is a permanent fixture that provides a reliable, warm, and gooey indulgence. If you are ordering a 4-pack (which typically costs around $20 in the Manhattan market), it is highly recommended to mix and match between their warm and chilled options. Be aware that Crumbl is famous for its very thick and sweet frosting; if you prefer lighter desserts, you might want to choose their unfrosted or "semi-sweet" options. Regardless of your choice, the experience of the "pink box" and the exceptionally friendly service makes a visit to this Columbus Avenue shop a quintessential modern New York treat. It is a place to go when you want a dessert that is as photogenic as it is filling.

✨ My First Visit to Crumbl (Upper West Side) ✨ Today was my first ever trip to Crumbl, and I finally got to try their Pumpkin Square — and wow, it was everything I hoped for and more. 🍂🎃 The moment I walked in, the smell of fresh-baked cookies hit me, and it felt like stepping straight into fall. The staff were super friendly, the store was spotless, and the pink boxes made the whole experience even sweeter. The Pumpkin Square itself? Chef’s kiss. It had that perfect blend of soft, spiced pumpkin flavor with the creamy frosting that melts in your mouth — cozy, sweet, and a little nostalgic, like a pumpkin pie in cookie form. I can definitely see why everyone raves about Crumbl. If you love fall desserts, this one’s a must-try. I’m already planning my next visit! 🍪💗

I got 4 cookies which was in total $20 (I didn’t order any cookies with additional fees) My friends and I took one bite of each and they tasted really mid. Not worth the hype, we stopped eating it immediately. The frosting was so thick and flavorless. One of the cookies melted super quickly, but that might have been because of the weather. However the service and atmosphere were really good, the shop overall was super cute and organized, and the guy that gave the cookies to us was really sweet.

I find these Crumbl cookies a real rip-off. White flour with white sugar and very unimpressive flavors. My kids are crazy about them which I very much regret as they are below average, not worth the hype at all, and last but not least - ultra expensive for the quality and lack of nutririon in them!!! We ended up paying for 1 Dubai chocolate cookie listed at $4.something a whole $9.something with Tax. What a rip off!! We also got a 4-pack previously worth $22.21. And they taste like nothing. Don’t be fooled like I am being fooled by my « influenced by the influencers » children (unfortunately).
