Special ordered a cake from them and it was a 10/10!! Service was great and the lady behind the counter was very caring and kind. The cake was amazing and decorated beautifully. Definitely recommend going to them. Their refrigerated cakes are also great, especially the tres leches.

They don't know what a Cuban sandwich is or how to toast one. You ask for one, and you get a warm sandwich. I told them I asked for it to be toasted. What they did was burn the whole sandwich, bread, and meat and wrap it up. When I went to eat it, it had no cheese, and it tasted burned. The meat was black from how much they burned it.

Their food is very good but their employees are pretty incompetent. I wanted to place an order for a pretty big amount of empanadas so I called a few hours in advance to try to set up a time to pick it up. They said that’s not necessary call 20 minutes before you need them ready. I let her know the amount I needed and she reiterated that won’t be an issue, so she said Just call us 15 or 20 minutes before You need to pick them up. I ordered 10 beef empanadas five chicken and five cheese. They ended up giving me 10 cheese, five beef and five chicken. I was very clear over the phone and I spoke to them in Spanish, so there was really no room for error, but they managed to mess up that order, However this is the great place to walk in and just pick anything up that they have available. They’re not good for big orders.
