What is worth choosing
When visiting Partybus Bakeshop, the sheer variety can be overwhelming, but several items are considered essential for the full experience. The sourdough is the backbone of the establishment, praised for its perfect balance of tanginess and its robust, chewy crust. For those who enjoy a classic French style, the baguettes are a standout—crispy on the outside and airy on the inside, they are a testament to the skill taught in their on-site classes.
If you are lucky enough to catch their focaccia, it is highly recommended. Often described as moist, flavorful, and generously seasoned, it represents the bakery's ability to handle high-hydration doughs with expertise. Furthermore, for those looking for value and a surprise variety, their "Too Good To Go" bread bags are a legendary choice among locals. These bags often contain a generous assortment, such as full baguettes, focaccia loaves, and sourdough halves, providing a great way to sample the bakery's range at a fraction of the price. Above all, signing up for a baking class is perhaps the most rewarding "item" on the menu, offering a lasting skill and a bag of fresh dough to take home and bake in your own oven. This combination of top-tier products and educational opportunities makes Partybus Bakeshop a cornerstone of the New York artisanal bread community.

Got their Too Good To Go “Bread!” bag. So much bread! Entire baguette, two half baguettes, focaccia loaf, and half a sourdough loaf. Good quality and not dry

Super cute, woman owned, awesome-homemade-bread bakery and cafe! Their pink-van design wallpaper covers the front part of the store while the rest is the working kitchen. I came here for a baguette baking class last night, a pretty unique experience where for 2 hours we learned as much about bread with hands on experience mixing, shaping, resting, folding and of course eating everything we made! The class was held in the kitchen, a few of us attended and led by the owner and one of her colleagues. We went home with a bag of fresh baguettes and our own dough that we can bake. The store/cafe is super cute, they pack a lot in to their smallish space, but their menu is bursting with so many options of baked goods. Come to learn how to make bread or buy really good fresh bread!

$4 for a hot cross bun, $20 for half a dozen and $40 for a dozen. The size of their hot cross bun might be the largest among all five bakeries I’ve tried in NYC. The dough was apparently denser than others, loaded with big pieces of raisins and candied citrus. If you like denser bread you might like their buns. The honey glaze brushed on top is enjoyable. The golden brown surface is slightly crispy. I don’t know why but the white cross icing fainted on my bun though.

What an adorable and cozy bakery Partybus Bakeshop is. We really enjoyed our time having breakfast on a weekend morning. The options of their pastries weren’t in a great variety but pretty decent. We got an Almond Chocolate Croissant and Sticky Bun with a cup of iced coffee. Both the croissant & bun tasted delicate and satisfying. However, it’s overall a little bit pricy in our opinions with their portion. We would recommend people who live in the neighborhood but it’s not worth a detour.

This is a true 💎 in the Lower East Side. The space is small but it has some tables to sit at. The decorations are bright and uplifting and the service is wonderful. The price of the Croissants is a little more than I've paid in other places but they are worth it. I took my Pistachio Rose Croissants to go. They were the most 😋 Croissants we ever had. I have to go back and try some of their other products.
