We had a scone with chocolate chips, a chocolate croissant, and a strawberry Danish. They were all delicious! We sat outside, which was great. The staff was very helpful and kind, and speaking Greek was an added bonus. We will definitely come back!

Astoria Bakery & Cafe feels like one of those spots that doesn’t need to prove anything. The staff is kind, the place is spotless, and the smell alone could fix a bad mood. The prosciutto croissant sandwich hits like a quiet masterpiece, salty, buttery, perfectly balanced. The bacon egg and cheese on a croissant is comfort food with manners. Both remind you that simple things done right can still feel like luxury. The coffee is smooth and honest, no bitterness, no pretense, just the kind of cup that makes you forgive the world for waking you up early. You look around, cases full of fresh pastries, everything looks like it came out five minutes ago. You think, yeah, this is the kind of place you stumble into once and keep coming back.

Baking is not easy. It’s a perfect balance of science and art. I can honestly say this place takes their craft seriously. Can’t wait to go back!

Cute neighborhood bakery. They have cakes, cupcakes and coffee including frappé. Nice staff and cozy feel. Unfortunately the cupcakes I got were not very fresh and the cream wasn’t creamy. The frappé and cream puffs were delicious though!

I had their bread and a slice of cake. The Opera cake was fine, delicious but not outstanding. However, I recommend their 🥐croissant and 🥯bagel! So what happen to the 🥐❤️🔥croissant? Call the chef out! It was suuuuperrrrrr delicious! So flaky and crispy outside, while the inner part was so soft, springy, and moist. How come you only open a store in Astoria? 🥯The bagel was good too! After heated up, it had soft and chewy texture with a crispy edge. Cinnamon roll was ok, I would not recommend but nothing wrong with it.
