I usually try to avoid leaving bad reviews, but I bought a sandwich here for a quick lunch today and noticed on my way to the office that one side of the packaging was already opened. I didn’t think much of it at the time. Once I took a bite, the sandwich was extremely dry and smelled off. I checked the date label and saw it said “Use by 01/15/26,” but then realized there were actually two labels placed on top of each other. When I peeled the top one off, the original label underneath showed the sandwich had expired the day before, on 01/14/26. It appeared the expiration date had been reprinted and covered. I went back to the store and spoke with the manager. He repeatedly said he had no idea why or who did it, and only offered me a replacement sandwich. No refund was offered. While I was there, I checked another chicken sandwich in the refrigerator and noticed it also had two labels on it. I was concerned it was being sold past its original expiration date as well and asked the manager to discard it. If I hadn’t pointed it out, I believe it would have been sold to another customer. I come to this location often and have bought bread here many times, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Selling expired food — especially with relabeled dates — is not acceptable. I expected better food safety standards and won’t be returning to this location.

I work in customer service myself, so I know what basic professionalism looks like. You don’t need higher education to work in a café. You don’t need special qualifications to say “hello,” smile, and thank your customers. That’s basic courtesy. When even that is missing, it’s not about skills — it’s about attitude. At this Paris Baguette location, courtesy seems optional. For an entire week, we came every single morning and spent around $250. Apparently, that doesn’t earn you a greeting, eye contact, or even basic acknowledgment. We were treated like an inconvenience simply for walking in and paying. One employee in particular, Joselyne, makes it very clear that customers are a burden. If interacting with people is that exhausting, a customer-facing job might not be the right fit. Change your job and go and drive the subway instead. On one occasion, our order was left in the oven until it came out completely burnt — black. When we pointed it out, we were told it was “crispy.” That wasn’t crispy. That was careless. And the dismissive response said everything. Now let’s talk about the environment. The store opens at 5 a.m., yet by 7 a.m., it already feels chaotic and poorly maintained. The floors are dirty, the space feels neglected, and the restrooms are unacceptable. There are often individuals lingering inside for long periods without purchasing, and others bringing in food from outside and occupying tables. Meanwhile, paying customers struggle to find clean seating. There seems to be no management of the space at all. What makes this especially disappointing is that I know Paris Baguette in Korea. There, the stores are clean, organized, and customer service is respectful and professional. This location reflects none of that. The only thing that resembles the brand is the name on the sign. This isn’t just disappointing — it’s embarrassing for the brand. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

Went here very excited for pastries and my friend noticed a roach just crawling all over the donuts. It was actually horrifying. We told staff and they came and removed that single tray of donuts. And it says Rating Pending on the outside. Now you know why.

AMAZING! The employees at this store are literally so incredible - I needed a cake order quickly and they very kindly accommodated the shortened schedule, and the cake was DIVINE. I love LOVE this location and the people!! Don't hesitate to come here! (Also, they have way more fresh pastries than the other location - highly recommend).

I love this place. It’s always so convenient to just walk in and choose whatever you want. The staff here was really friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was I ordered the Dubai chocolate Matcha latte and it was way too sweet like so sweet I couldn’t drink it
