What is worth choosing
When visiting Westside Donut Ventures, most patrons find that sticking to the core classics yields the most satisfying results. The standard coffee is a reliable staple for those looking for a traditional New York cup—hot, fast, and designed to be enjoyed on the walk to the office. While there have been varied experiences regarding specialty roasts like the Midnight Roast, the regular house blend remains a consistent choice for many long-term customers who have frequented the shop for years. It is the type of beverage that pairs perfectly with the brisk air of a Manhattan morning.
In terms of food, the traditional donuts are the clear highlight. Choosing a fresh glazed donut or a classic chocolate frosted ring provides that nostalgic sweetness that many seek during a busy workday. These items are designed for portability, making them an excellent choice for those who need to eat while navigating the subway or walking through the Port Authority. For a more substantial start to the day, the breakfast sandwiches on bagels are worth choosing, as they offer the savory components necessary to sustain a long morning of meetings. I've been visiting store number 283 for the past 10 years. It seems that they no longer care about whether or not your food order is correct or they're selling you something you didn't order. I order midnight roast coffee every morning. And now it seems they have a policy of not Brewing midnight roast unless it is later in the morning or far sooner than they closed. They've been handed me regular coffee now for weeks and it happens at more than one of their locations. It's because of this dishonesty and lack of enthusiasm that I feel I will no longer visit any of these Duncan locations we even consider giving a tip. I will no longer tip these people either. What is the point of giving them a tip if they're not going to do their job correctly or even a little bit above and beyond for $17.50 an hour.

It’s -7 here in Clifton park and your employees on route 9 are freezing! Is there a reason they don’t have heat? As a customer it’s disgusting to see owners treat their employees like crap!
