Angelina Bakery - 7 Times Square Introduce
In the heart of Manhattan’s most energetic district, Angelina Bakery - 7 Times Square stands as a sophisticated sanctuary for those seeking authentic Italian flavors. For New Yorkers navigating the frantic pace of the Theater District and for those working in the soaring offices of Midtown, this bakery offers a refined departure from the typical high-volume commercial food stops found in the area. Angelina Bakery is not just a place to grab a quick snack; it is a high-end artisanal establishment that brings the soul of Italian baking to the Times Square Tower. It has quickly become a local favorite for its ability to provide world-class pastries and savory items that maintain an authentic, handcrafted quality amidst the bright lights of the city.
The philosophy of Angelina Bakery is rooted in the tradition of "nonna-style" baking, reimagined through a modern and chic lens. Stepping inside, visitors are immediately struck by the contrast between the bustling streets of 41st Street and the warm, ambient atmosphere within. The interior is thoughtfully designed to be beautiful and cozy, creating a space where the aroma of fresh yeast and roasting coffee beans replaces the noise of the city. For many locals, it has become a "cute find" that defies the expectations of the neighborhood, offering a quiet, serene environment where one can actually hold a conversation without the need to shout over the typical urban din. It is a rare gem where the quality of the food is matched by the inviting nature of the space itself.
Location and Accessibility
Angelina Bakery - 7 Times Square is perfectly situated at Times Square Tower, W 41st St, New York, NY 10036, USA. This prime location makes it incredibly accessible for a wide variety of New Yorkers. For the daily commuter, the bakery is just steps away from the Times Square – 42nd Street subway station, one of the city's major transit hubs serving the 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, W, and S lines. Its placement at the base of the Times Square Tower also makes it a convenient morning stop or lunch destination for the thousands of professionals working in the surrounding corporate buildings.
Accessibility is a major highlight for this specific branch. The entrance is welcoming and the layout is designed to accommodate both those who wish to linger in the cozy seating areas and those who need a quick, efficient takeaway service during a busy workday or before a Broadway show.

What is Worth Choosing
Deciding what to order at Angelina Bakery - 7 Times Square can be a challenge simply because the display cases are so meticulously arranged and filled with tempting options. However, for those looking for the definitive Angelina experience, the pistachio cream filled pastry is an absolute must-try. This item has gained a dedicated following for its perfect balance of flaky crust and rich, authentic nut flavor that isn't masked by excessive sugar. It pairs exceptionally well with a classic Italian espresso, making for an ideal mid-morning or afternoon pick-me-up.
On the savory side, the pizza is highly recommended by locals who want a high-quality lunch that bypasses the typical "dollar slice" standard. The Margarita pizza is a standout for its fresh ingredients and traditional preparation, while the sausage and mushroom pizza offers a more robust and earthy flavor profile that is both filling and satisfying. Because the dough is prepared with the expertise of a master baker, the crust provides a superior texture that holds up beautifully to the toppings.
Finally, no visit is complete without sampling the homemade gelato. It is frequently cited as a refreshing and authentic end to a meal. Whether you choose a classic flavor or something more adventurous, the smooth, dense texture of the gelato serves as a testament to the bakery's commitment to traditional Italian methods. If you are looking for a place to sit, talk, and enjoy food that is genuinely "worth it," choosing a combination of a savory sandwich followed by one of their "insane" looking desserts will ensure you leave feeling satisfied and restored. The combination of sweet staff, a quiet room, and high-quality food makes every choice a good one at this Times Square gem.
By focusing on artisanal quality and a welcoming environment, Angelina Bakery - 7 Times Square has established itself as a cornerstone of the Midtown culinary scene. It represents the best of New York’s international food culture—taking a global tradition and executing it with local passion and precision. Whether you are a local worker or a visitor to the 10036 area, this bakery is a destination that promises a sophisticated and delicious experience every time.

Angelina Bakery was such a cute find right in the middle of Times Square 👀 I had the margarita pizza and a sandwich, and both were really good. And ofc I had to get dessert. Everything in the display looked insaneeee, so I couldn’t leave without trying something sweet. I loved that it wasn't overly sweet. The bakery is beautiful and cozy, and somehow so quiet even though you’re in Times Square. Such a nice place to sit and actually talk without yelling over noise. The owner and the workers were sosososo sweet and it was definitely a spot I’d go back to.

The service was amazing and the food was so worth it! It was so refreshing to be in the warm ambient atmosphere away from the bustling streets. The pizza was also delicious and worth ditching the other longer lines. I would recommend the sausage mushroom pizza and pistachio cream filled pastry! ps their homemade gelato was sooo good as well!!

My first time here and won’t be my last! David was extremely friendly to not only me, but I witnessed genuine and friendly conversation to all the other customers as well. Walked me through the baked goods as I couldn’t quite decide because they all looked yummy. Service with a smile!

An absolutely perfect breakfast spot in the heart of New York! 🗽✨ From the moment you walk in, everything feels warm, cozy, and beautifully done. The pastries are simply outstanding — soft, fresh, and incredibly flavorful. The donut was perfectly glazed, not too sweet, and the pastry with white chocolate and strawberries was pure heaven 🤍🍓 The coffee was excellent, rich and smooth, and enjoying it while looking out at the iconic New York street scene made the experience even more special. Yellow cabs passing by, the city buzzing outside, and a calm, elegant atmosphere inside — truly the best of both worlds. Friendly staff, great quality, and an unbeatable location just steps from Times Square. A must-stop for breakfast or a sweet treat in NYC. I would come back again and again! 💛☕🍩 By an Italian girl

Stopped by to grab a coffee and tea and decided to try the croissants as well. We ordered the raspberry and a plain croissant, but unfortunately they didn’t taste fresh. The tea and coffee, however, were good.
