The cardamom bun seems a bit underbaked and tasted raw to me at the center. I’m a big fan of cardamom bun and have tried more than 10 places in the city, and this one is just the most disappointing so far. I hope it’s just a bad batch because other reviews seem great.

Second time here, ordered doughnuts and received the wrong item. If you can't tell the difference between your doughnuts you shouldn't keep them all together. Plain dry doughnuts (not what I ordered) are definitely something you can pass on. The cardamom bun is great.

Fantastic bread, arguably the best in the neighborhood. Scallion Pancake Focaccia with chili oil is delightful, and the sourdough is always perfect. Grabbed one last week that was still warm! Cardamom buns are delightful, many in the city are too dry, these are not! The Babka is also awesome. Staff are kind, patient, and cool about you asking 2 million questions. 10/10, will be going at least 2x a week while I can afford it.

I have had pastries here a couple of times. The food is excellent. I just tried the Pistachio croissant and it was amazing. To top it off the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend Dovetail Bakery!

Love this bakery that takes over Arcobaleno in the winter! The pastries are unique and all delicious. Some of my favorites are the croque Monsieur croissant and grapefruit curd bun. Excited to try their focaccia and sandwiches too!
