Crumbl Introduce
For sweet tooth enthusiasts living in or visiting New York City, the search for the perfect dessert often leads to the historic and bustling streets of Greenwich Village. Standing out among the neighborhood's many offerings is Crumbl, a dessert shop that has taken the nation by storm and found a perfectly high-energy home on Bleecker Street. Known for its iconic pink packaging and an ever-changing menu that keeps locals coming back week after week, Crumbl offers a unique take on the classic American cookie. It is a place where the simple joy of a baked good is elevated into a gourmet experience, designed specifically for those who appreciate variety, quality, and a touch of theater in their dessert choices.
The Greenwich Village location captures the essence of what makes this brand a global phenomenon. Upon entering, customers are immediately enveloped in the warm, sweet aroma of butter, sugar, and chocolate—a sensory greeting that defines the Crumbl experience. While the shop is efficiently sized to fit the dense Manhattan landscape, it is expertly designed to handle the high volume of cookie lovers who frequent the area. The interior is bright, modern, and clean, echoing the brand’s minimalist yet playful aesthetic. For many New Yorkers, a trip to this shop isn't just a quick errand; it is a ritual of discovery, as the menu rotates to feature new and innovative flavors every single week, ensuring that no two visits are ever quite the same.
Location and Accessibility
Crumbl is strategically located at 195 Bleecker St, New York, NY 10012, USA. This placement puts it in the heart of one of Manhattan’s most legendary corridors, surrounded by historic music venues, eclectic boutiques, and some of the city’s best dining. For local residents and students at nearby New York University (NYU), the shop is a convenient stroll away, making it a popular destination for a late-night study break or a post-dinner treat.
Accessibility is a major plus for this location. It is well-served by the New York City Subway system, with the West 4th St-Washington Sq station just a few blocks away, providing access to the A, C, E, B, D, F, and M lines. Additionally, the Christopher St-Sheridan Sq station serves the 1 train nearby. This means that whether you are coming from Uptown, Brooklyn, or across town, reaching these famous cookies is a straightforward journey. The shop is also easy to find for pedestrians walking through the Village, nestled comfortably among the storefronts that give Bleecker Street its unique, vibrant character.

What sets this dessert shop apart in a city filled with world-class bakeries? It is the specific attention to the "experience" of the cookie. Here are the highlights that make it a standout destination:

- The Element of Surprise: The rotating menu is a brilliant feature that keeps the experience exciting. From rich chocolate chip to creative seasonal flavors and over-the-top decadent recipes, there is always a new "limited edition" feel to the menu.

What is Worth Choosing
When you step into Crumbl on Bleecker Street, the most important thing to remember is that you cannot go wrong with the classics, but the real magic lies in the weekly rotations. The Milk Chocolate Chip is a permanent fixture for a reason—it is a rich, comforting staple that serves as the perfect benchmark for the shop's quality. However, it is highly recommended to try at least one of the "creative" flavors of the week. These are often decadent, themed creations that might include anything from a chilled sugar cookie with specialty frosting to a warm, lava-filled chocolate masterpiece.
For those visiting with a group or looking to bring a treat back to their apartment, the 4-pack box is the best choice. It allows you to sample a variety of the current rotation, which is essentially the core Crumbl experience. Because the cookies are quite large and packed with flavor, they are perfect for sharing. Many locals recommend checking their social media or app on Sunday nights when the new flavors are announced, so you can plan your Bleecker Street stop around the recipes that most appeal to you. Whether it’s a fruity seasonal tart-inspired cookie or a deep, dark cocoa-based treat, there is always something worth choosing that will leave you looking forward to your next visit.
In a neighborhood known for its rich history and artistic flair, Crumbl provides a modern, delicious touchpoint that satisfies the cravings of every generation. It is more than just grabbing a dessert; it is an experience that perfectly complements the vibrant energy of Greenwich Village.

My daughter was desperate to try a cookie from crumble whilst we visited the US. We found the shop with great ease & whilst it was only small it served it's purpose. Self serve machines were easy to operate and they had a wide choice available

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding! Crumbl is cookie heaven. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warm, sweet smell of freshly baked cookies and a display case that makes it almost impossible to choose just one. Their rotating menu is such a brilliant idea—there’s always something new and exciting to try, yet the classics never disappoint. The cookies themselves are huge, soft in the center, slightly crisp on the edges, and always packed with flavor. Each one tastes like it was made with care, whether it’s a rich chocolate chip, a creative seasonal flavor, or something over-the-top decadent. I love that every week feels like a little surprise, and you can tell they really have fun with their recipes. Service is consistently friendly and quick. The staff is welcoming and happy to explain the weekly lineup, and even when it’s busy, they keep the line moving smoothly. The packaging is also a nice touch—the pink boxes are perfect for sharing or gifting, and they always make the cookies feel extra special. Crumbl isn’t just about grabbing a dessert—it’s an experience. It’s fun, delicious, and always leaves you looking forward to the next visit. Definitely worth 5 stars!

Crumbl cookie are really sweet. I bought three of them in small size and couldn't finish them. Cookies are visually pleasing, taste good but one will be enough for your coffee or tea ;)

I have to respect the finacial success here, but just mediocre cookies. No clue what this hype is about. Revolving variety of cookies, ranging from not good to decent. Maybe if they stuck to wholesome ingredients and landing a dozen amazing cookies they could keep the quality up.

Heard about Crumbl and friends have brought over for desserts but never tried it. This location was very close to my office… picked up cookies for my niece who wanted to try the weeks cookie rotation and ofc I had to get the Dubai Brownie for myself. Small pop-up like location. You have to order via the two available kiosks and pay first and the only human interaction you get is when you order is ready to pick up from the counter. Miss that friendly counter interaction. But I’m all locations have a similar transaction process.
