What is worth choosing
When visiting Delicias Caleñas Bakery, the standout choice for any newcomer or regular is undoubtedly their pandebono. These traditional Colombian cheese breads are celebrated by local reviewers for their exceptional taste and perfect execution. A pandebono should be soft on the inside with a slight resistance on the outside, and this bakery has mastered that delicate balance. It is the quintessential comfort food, especially when served warm, making it a must-try item that keeps the local Queens community coming back day after day.
Beyond the individual treats, the catering services offered here are highly recommended for anyone hosting an event in the New York area. Because they specialize in catering, the bakery is equipped to handle large requests with professional ease. If you are planning a party or a corporate meeting, choosing their bulk order service is a smart move. Not only do you get to share authentic, high-quality Colombian flavors with your guests, but the availability of discounts for bulk orders makes it an economically savvy choice for the budget-conscious New Yorker.
The bakery’s 24/7 availability is another feature that is worth choosing. In a city that never sleeps, having a reliable spot that offers fresh, homemade food at 3:00 AM is invaluable. Whether you need a midnight snack or are tasked with picking up breakfast for a whole office early in the morning, Delicias Caleñas is always ready to serve. The combination of their specialized catering skills, the legendary status of their pandebonos, and their around-the-clock accessibility makes this bakery a premier choice in the Corona landscape.
Ultimately, what sets this establishment apart is the marriage of convenience and quality. Many places offer 24-hour service, but few do so while maintaining the high standards of traditional Colombian baking. When you choose Delicias Caleñas Bakery, you are supporting a local business that prides itself on its staff's wonderful service and its commitment to the culinary traditions of Cali. For those in Corona and the wider New York region, it remains a top-tier destination for anyone who values authenticity, reliability, and the simple joy of a perfectly baked pastry.

This person tried to force me to buy a large juice when I clearly told them I wanted a small one, and their response was, "That's my policy." I replied that I always buy small juice, they gave me a dirty look, and gave me the two juices I requested, but neither had sugar 😡 It's because of people like this that I never go back. I like shopping there with the other very friendly staff who always ask questions, but this rude and arrogant person disappointed me so much that I won't be returning. The owner should really teach this person about customer service.
